What is a domain name?
A domain name is a license to use a specific name as an internet address for a specific period of time (generally 1-2 years). An example of a domain name is netsaver.com.au.
The most common uses for domain names are as website addresses (www.netsaver.com.au) and/or email addresses (support@netsaver.com.au). |

How do I delegate my domain?
To delegate your domain name or re-delegate your domain name you will need to have access to your username and password for Global Netsaver's Online Management System. You will need to follow this process to update the name servers for your domain name
- Log into your account at the main Global Netsaver web site
- If you log in with just your domain name and password you will be presented with the form to view and update your name servers.
- If you log in with a client username / password, search for the domain name then next to it from the drop down menu 'Edit Options' choose 'Edit Domain Name'
- In either case your domain will be updated in the relevant registry

What do I use for my outgoing SMTP server?
You need to use the SMTP server of your ISP. If you do not know what it is you will need to contact them.
If you have trouble getting in touch with them please contact us and let us know what ISP you use and we can get in touch with them for you. |
